State Title LLC, in LaPlace, Louisiana, was founded with the basic ideals of customer service.  Too often, volume-based businesses are focused on turnaround and the next deal, forgetting that the client’s experience belongs to them, and failing to acknowledge that fact, creates a faceless and emotional disconnect.  State Title knows your position, being a first-time home buyer who is unsure of the process, an individual selling their parent’s home, or a developer or builder needing to get the sale done.  State Title provides a client-centered approach to meet and exceed the expectations and needs of all clients with quick turnarounds and constant, open communication.

Our founders, Nicole Landry and Henri P. Dufresne have put together a company based on these ideals and work daily to improve our client experiences.

Nicole Landry, CAO and Closing Professional, brings her vast knowledge and experience to each transaction.  Her ability to navigate the process has made her the go-to closing professional in the River Parishes.  Her understanding of client’s concerns, her ability to explain, and her drive to make every client’s experience their own, are second to none in the industry.

Henri P. Dufresne CEO and Closing Attorney, provides a level of legal experience, knowledge, and know-how that elevates State Title.  His experience in real estate transactions, development, successions, estate planning, litigation, business development, coupled with his get-it-done attitude allows State Title to anticipate potential problems and provides a one-stop-shop for our clients.
